Bookings
We supply vehicles and drivers to carry the number of passengers booked.
No refunds or reduction in the journey cost will necessary be given if the actual numbers of passengers fall below the number booked.
All quotes are based on direct journeys unless otherwise stated and do not allow for diversions and other pickups, please ask for details at the time of booking.
Cancellation by the Company
In the event of an unforeseen event that requires Kentish Minibuses to cancel the booking the company will return all monies paid without further liability.
Cancellation by Hirer
If the hirer wishes to cancel a booking then the following charges will apply unless the booking was made within the previous 2 hours.
Between 12 – 24 hours of the journey 50% is payable.
Less than 12 hours 100% is payable.
Breakdown/Delay –
The Company will provide advice on journey times in good faith, but will not guarantee the completion of a journey at a specific time. The company will not be held responsible or liable for any inconvenience caused by breakdown or delay.
Luggage/Lost Property
The driver shall be the sole judge as to whether passenger’s property is carried. The Company will not accept liability for any damage or loss of any property carried on the vehicle. Any property left on the minibus will be held by Kentish Minibuses for collection by the owner.
Vehicles
All drivers and vehicles are appropriately licensed and we are fully insured for hire & reward, in addition to public liability. Our vehicles are all modern, clean and comfortable.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted in any vehicle.
Alcohol
No alcoholic drinks can be carried on or consumed in our vehicles.
Food
The consumption of food is not permitted unless by prior arrangement.
General
The price quoted is the price you pay for the journey, additional charges will apply for any airport parking, which will be charged at cost. Kentish Minibuses do not operate metered vehicles and all bookings must be pre booked.
We will refuse to carry violent, abusive or drunk passengers to ensure the safety of our staff.
Kentish Minibuses will prosecute vigorously any person who assaults a member of our staff.
The person booking the minibus journey shall be responsible for the behaviour of all the passengers in the vehicle during the journey. You will be charged £80 to cover cleaning costs in the unlikely event of the vehicle being soiled by a passenger.
Kentish Minibuses operate in Bexley, Greenwich and Bromley Boroughs covering, Belvedere, Bexleyheath, Crayford, Bexley, Chislehurst, Erith, Sidcup, Welling, Eltham, Greenwich, Bromley and all areas in between we also cover Dartford, Swanley, Bluewater, Greenhithe, Northfleet, Bean, Crossways, Gravesend and Medway towns.
Complaints
Complaints must be made within 7 days of the date of hire in writing to Kentish Minibuses.
